Meet Our Staff
Our mission is to provide compassionate senior care with dignity and respect for our residents. That mission starts with an exceptional staff of caregivers that are passionate about helping others. Our caregivers are carefully screened and selected by our administrator, who encourages a diversity of backgrounds and experiences among our staff. We keep the ratio of caregivers to residents much higher than most facilities, which provides our residents a sense of love and support. See below to learn a little more about some of our outstanding team members.
Lorianne Gebhardt
Administrative Assistant
Why did you become an Administrative Assistant for TCSC?
Life’s experiences brought me to managing the care for some elderly family members with dementia after 2 decades of working in the elementary teaching field. After taking care of my mother 1:1 for several years, she came to needing a higher level of assistance. My mother resided at Temple Gardens for 3.5 years receiving excellent care from Esta Hobbs and staff until she passed away in 2017. At a career crossroads, I chose to rejoin the work force utilizing my interests and skills here.
